Pinot Noir - 2011
Made in the big 2011 vintage at a boutique winery in the Waipara Valley it has sat in bottle since 2012 before being rediscovered and released under Waipara Valley Wines. With nearly 6 plus years in the bottle the wine’s tannin have softened out to be smooth and silky and the colour is holding. It’s dark fruit palate with earthy characters and silky tannins really make this a very drinkable wine.
